IMPLEMENTING CORPORATE
GOVERNANCE

1. Establish a governance structure to promote sustainable development, and set up a unit to promote sustainable development to be responsible for the formulation of sustainable policies, systems and management guidelines, propose plan implementation, and regularly report results and review, The goal is to integrate 100% sustainability policies into daily operations.

2. Combine the employee performance appraisal system with the sustainable development policy, and establish a clear and effective reward and punishment system.

1. Strive to improve energy efficiency, use renewable raw materials with low impact on the environment, and gradually increase the proportion of recyclable raw materials used, which is currently about 20%.
2. Reduce the discharge of pollutants, toxic or waste, and properly dispose of waste.
3. Expand the scope of greenhouse gas inventories (currently conducting inventory operations at seven factory sites) to assess the potential risks and opportunities that climate change poses to enterprises now and in the future, and to adopt strategies or actions.
4. Gradually increase the proportion of renewable energy use, with a target of 50% and above.

PROMOTE SOCIAL WELFARE

1. Protect the rights and interests of workers and create a safe and secure working environment for all workers.
2. Gradually increase the proportion of employee education and training, include more education and training courses in different fields, and increase the proportion of external training courses to more than 30% to help employees expand their abilities.

3. The sustainability report will obtain third-party confirmation or guarantee in the future to improve the reliability of the information, and continue to optimize the content and structure through annual review.

4. Prepare a greenhouse gas inventories report and update it every year to continuously disclose the company's greenhouse gas emissions status and target.We will optimize parts with larger emissions and find solutions to reduce emissions year by year.
