Company Culture and Communication
Every year we organize a conference with new employees to seek their input and implement suggestions. We hold annual regular meetings between labor and management for the mutual benefit of all parties.

Employee Welfare
The Chung-Kan plant hosts a newly constructed 5-story dormitory and 4-story dormitory at our Taichung Headquarters has been renovated. These provide employees with a safe and comfortable accommodations. Additionally, a breastfeeding room has been set up to provide nursery care for infants, and car and motorcycle parking spaces are provided for pregnant women.
Employee Health and Recreation
Basketball courts, indoor billiard tables, and a health center are provided to recreational facilities and encourage healthy lifestyles. Organized employee trips and club activities provide a variety of opportunities to enhance employees' physical and mental well-being.
We regularly work with our employees through various channels to seek solutions and improvements: a rotating Equal Opportunities Committee promotes a gender-equal work environment, and the Welfare Committee focuses on employee bonuses and recreational programs. To improve the well-being of our employees, we arrange regular health check-ups, provide three healthy meals a day, maintain a healthy working environment, and have a variety of recreational facilities, including a basketball court, billiard room, company gym, massage chairs, etc. We also encourage and subsidize the formation of clubs to promote a healthy work-life balance.
