2026.10.12

Tah Hsin Industrial participated in the Taipei Innovative Textile Application Show (TITAS) from October 6 to 8, 2026. Under this year’s theme, “A New Spectrum of Performance,” the company combined the creativity of its emerging designers with decades of garment manufacturing expertise to showcase a diverse range of outdoor and sportswear that blends functionality with aesthetic appeal.

The booth featured a clean, streamlined layout with colorful display frames and lighting that reflected the exhibition theme, “A New Spectrum of Performance.” Visitors explored garment aesthetics, construction details, and intended uses, gaining insight into Tah Hsin’s expertise in functional apparel development and manufacturing. The feature wall displayed finished garments against a backdrop of the actual cutting markers used for the samples, illustrating the connection between design concepts and garment production techniques.

Founded in 1958, Tah Hsin Industrial began by supplying raincoats, school bags, and rain boots for schoolchildren. Tah Hsin raincoats have since become a cherished memory shared across generations. With more than six decades of experience as an apparel and rainwear supplier, we continue to provide our partners with functional apparel that combines quality and design, as well as workwear that meets applicable safety standards. We are also dedicated to developing high-performance outdoor apparel that incorporates environmental sustainability.

The exhibition also provided an opportunity for exchange between industry and academia. Students from the Department of Fashion Design at Ling Tung University visited Tah Hsin’s booth to examine the exhibits up close and learn about functional apparel design and manufacturing through product presentations. These interactions helped connect classroom learning with industry applications, providing practical insights to inform their fashion design work and academic research.

Developing functional apparel involves integrating aesthetic design, material properties, manufacturing techniques, and user needs. The visit gave students an opportunity to explore industry practices and consider how creative ideas can be translated into products that balance functionality with manufacturing feasibility. It also offered an opportunity for the company and students to exchange perspectives.

Through product displays and on-site exchanges at TITAS, Tah Hsin Industrial deepened visitors’ understanding of functional apparel, offering a fresh interpretation of how decades of garment manufacturing experience come together with a new generation of design thinking. By integrating comprehensive research and design services with exceptional manufacturing quality, Tah Hsin delivers one-stop solutions tailored to the diverse needs of international brands.
