Following the successful conclusion of the traditional Southeast Asian New Year—the Thingyan Festival. Tah Hsin’s manufacturing facility in Yangon, Myanmar, officially resumed operations on April 22. During the holiday break from April 13 to April 21, the plant not only arranged a full holiday schedule but also hosted a series of celebratory activities, joining employees in observing this significant festival that symbolizes rebirth and hope.
Putting People First: Deepening Corporate Social Responsibility
For Tah Hsin, the Thingyan Festival is more than just a heritage of cultural tradition; it is a vital opportunity for the company to put employee care into practice. By supporting traditional festivities and enhancing workplace well-being, we are dedicated to fostering a work environment defined by mutual respect and a strong sense of belonging.

International Certifications: Implementing Ethical Manufacturing Quality
As a critical link in the global functional apparel supply chain, our Myanmar facility consistently demonstrates its dedication to occupational safety and humane treatment. Currently, the plant maintains two core international certifications:
- WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) Gold Certification: Ensures that production processes comply with legal regulations, humane treatment, and labor rights.
- Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) Membership: Enhances labor conditions in the garment industry through independent external audits and the implementation of corrective action plans.
"Our employees are our most valuable asset and the cornerstone of our exceptional quality," stated the factory management team. "Maintaining WRAP and FWF certifications is not only a commitment to our customers but also our social responsibility as a global citizen. We will continue to invest resources in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects to ensure that every colleague can thrive in a safe, equal, and respectful environment."
Looking ahead, Tah Hsin will continue to drive its sustainable transformation, deeply integrating environmental protection and social responsibility into our global operational strategy. We remain committed to providing our global clients with functional apparel solutions that offer both ethical value and high quality.
